  • Please give at least 3 HOURS NOTICE on all cancellations<\/strong>. Airport Xpress reserves the right to charge the customer the full cost of the fare if proper notice is not given upon cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Airport Xpress will abide by the e-mail confirmation sent to the customer. If the information is incorrect and the customer does not notify Airport Xpress about the incorrect information, the customer will be charged the full cost of the fare.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maximum of 4 passengers per minivan.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Airport Xpress accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Base rates are for 1 or 2 passengers from the same location<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drivers will be on location for pick-ups on all incoming domestic flights\u00a030 minutes after the plane lands and 45 minutes\u00a0after the plane lands on international flights. We do monitor all incoming flights when possible, but please call or text your driver if you find that your flight will be delayed for more than 1 hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If there is a delay with pick-up at the airport due to lost luggage or a delay in retrieving luggage, or any other reason that delays the driver for more than 45 minutes after the plane lands on domestic flights or 1 hour 15min on international flights, there will be an \u00a0additional Wait Time fee of $ 5.00 for every 15 minutes.
